Visits at ministerial level between Cyprus - Israel

Government Spokesman Nicos Christodoulides has expressed the government’s satisfaction over the outcome of the meetings Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades had during his recent visit to Israel.
There are going to be visits between Cypriot and Israeli Ministers soon, he said.
Christodoulides noted that during the President`s visit to Israel bilateral relations were reviewed and there was satisfaction over the excellent level of relations. At the same time, he said, the political will to further enhance relations was expressed.
Energy, tourism, political consultations and the economy were among the matters on the agenda of the President`s meetings, he added.
Asked whether specific steps will be taken, he said that there should be soon ministerial visits to both Cyprus and Israel, “to implement everything decided by President of the Republic and the Prime Minister of Israel.”
Replying to a question as to whether the Israeli Prime Minister will visit Cyprus he said that President Anastasiades has invited him and he has accepted.
