Responding on the criticisms of the Finance Minister that the study on the economic impacts of the Annan plan undermines the efforts for a viable solution of the Cyprus problem, former Cyprus President, Giorgos Vasileiou said that the Minister cannot criticize the study if he hasn’t read it first.
“It is inconceivable for a Finance Minister not to give the proper gravity to the issue. I think that the study is serious and thorough”, Mr. Vasileiou said.
Mr. Vasileiou presented his study before the T/C media in the occupied part of Nicosia on Friday morning.
