The government decided to build a number of buildings that will host the Ministries at the International State Fair land. This means that it will pay €10 million to individuals.
According to newspaper “Politis”, this was confirmed by Transport Minister, Nicos Nicolaides and Chairman of the State Fair Authority, Loizos Constantinou to CyBC. The report revealed that the State Fair Authority and the government reached an agreement recently for the transfer of 50% of the land’s ownership.
The main aim of the plan is the better service of the citizens, while the land will also host the first central bus station.
