Sixt and Cyprus Airways: Exclusive mobility on the road and in the sky

• Wide ranging cooperation offers customers clear benefits
Munich / Nicosia, March 30, 2011 – Sixt AG, international provider of high-quality mobility services, has joined forces with Cyprus Airways Public Limited, the national carrier of Cyprus, to launch a wide ranging cooperation as of today. With this agreement customers of both companies will enjoy special benefits on their trips – both on the road and in the air.
As part of the cooperation, Sixt is to become a partner of the Sunmiles Loyalty Programme, the frequent flyer programme of Cyprus Airways as well as of the Sunjet Executive Club. Members of the Sunmiles Loyalty Programme and of the Sunjet Executive Club will receive 500 bonus miles for every Sixt rental as well as 1.000 bonus miles for every transfer with the Sixt Limousine Service. In addition, members will receive attractive discounts on the normal Sixt prices. Classic and Premium card holders will receive 10 percent off every rental. Elite card holders and Sunjet Executive Club members are entitled to 15 percent discount as well as a free upgrade to the next highest vehicle class where available.
The partnership between Sixt and Cyprus Airways will also be launched online. The websites of both companies, www.sixt.com and cyprusair.com link to each other’s website. Starting at the end of March 2011, it will also be possible to rent well-equipped Sixt vehicles directly from the Cyprus Airways website.
Sixt is well represented in Cyprus, with stations in important locations such as the Larnaca and Paphos airports, the country’s capital Nicosia as well as in Limassol.
