The Ecologists are expected to submit a draft law for the suspension of foreclosures for trapped owners until December 31, 2015.
They claim it is necessary to examine significant aspects of the bill submitted to parliament for the release of the trapped owners whose assets run the risk of sale.
The last extension given by the parliament for the suspension of foreclosures for the trapped owners expires on July 10.
The Ecologists’ MP welcomed the submission of the bill but said its content should be examined with caution as there are serious details and aspects that have to do - for example - with taxes owed by developers.
He expressed the view that the parliament cannot discuss all aspects of the bill by July 10.
