The scenery is changing for the Coalition of the Left, after the decision of Mrs. Maria Damanaki not to participate in the elections, as was pointed out today at the meeting of the party's Political Secretariat, which had called the party's former president to attend. Groups within the party seem to have the intention to ask Mrs. Damanaki to resign now and not complete her term, as was mentioned in her letter to Coalition President Mr. Constantopoulos, in which she stated that she disagreed both with the collaboration policy as well as with the dennounciatory tone of the party.
