Multichoice claims compensation of £1m by its Board members

MultiChoice (Cyprus) Public Company Ltd filed a legal action against Akis Avraamides, Giorgos Xinaris and Constantinos Emilianides on Friday, claiming compensations of more than £1 million for breach of their fiduciary duties in their capacity as Board members.
According to the relevant announcement released today, the Company “claims against its former directors an account of the profits which they made through Lumiere Television Public Company Ltd as well as an order of the court ordering them to pay any such profits to MutliChoice”.
