STEK: Tourist recovery but…
STEK General Manager, Fedias Karis said that tourism has recovered.
“According to latest data, there is a recovery in tourism, but full recovery means that tourist revenues must increase”, Mr. Karis told StockWatch.
“The increase in tourist arrivals for 2005 will stand at 5%. However, not all tourists that visit the island stay to licensed hotel units. Many spend their holidays to unlicensed hotels or even stay with their relatives”, he concluded.
