“Investors In People”: An International accreditation for PrimeTel PLC

PrimeTel’s Customer Service Department “stands out” one more time for been awarded by Investors In People (IIP) International. The IIP standard is a continuous business improvement framework, which is internationally recognized for improving an organization’s performance through the development of its people.
With this accreditation, the Customer Service Department of PrimeTel PLC becomes the first in the Telecommunications field in Cyprus to possess IIP.
Mr. Stephanos Stephanou, the Chief Marketing Officer of the Company, stated: “PrimeTel PLC decided to undertake the IIP process for the Customer Service Department as we felt it was an ideal fit to our key business objectives. We strongly believe that we managed to improve individual and departmental performance by empowering and developing all of our Customer Service employees”.
“Our journey towards the accreditation has stressed the importance and the role of people in shaping future developments. We managed to enhance our existing practices, but also to improve them, having always in mind how to offer the best possible service to our customers”, Ms. Marina Papanicolaou, Head of Customer Service said.
The IIP accreditation comes to confirm the high performance standards and service excellence of the Customer Service Department of PrimeTel PLC. The Company always aims for further enhancement and constant progress, in order to achieve the best results.
