Investment Funds’ assets declined marginally in Q4 2023

Assets under management (AUM) by Investment Funds in Cyprus marked a quarterly decrease of 0.8% in Q4 2023, with total AUM amounting to €6.49 billion from €6.55 in Q3, the Central Bank of Cyprus (CBC) has said.
The number of reporting entities declined to 316 in end of 2023 from 321 in the end of the third quarter of the same year.
According to the investment funds statics issued by the CBC, in December 2023 total assets comprised securities and other equity worth of €4.66 billion, deposits and loans of €760.9 million, bonds amounting to €554.6 million non-financial assets of €358.9 million as well as other assets worth of €151.1 million.
