Service companies are the backbone of Cyprus economy during these difficult economic times. Their growth and profitability is directly related to the international development of their business and promotion in different markets. CIIM is presenting a vital importance HRDA subsidized seminar to help Service Companies with their International Development and Promotion, on the 20th and 21st March at CIIM Nicosia.
The seminar is designed to help service companies (including financial services, new technology services, health and pharmaceutical services and professional services) in:
• Identifying new (or expansion) markets
• Validating new (or expansion) markets
• Setting up an internationalization strategy
• Matching target markets to a fitting internationalization strategy
• Promotion of services of entering a new market or expanding operations in an existing market
The objective of the two-day training is to help participants understand how to identify and implement innovative ideas, to allow the company to develop an internationalization strategy for entering new markets or expanding their business in existing markets and promoting their services in those markets. In order to achieve this objective, the training consists of the following main features: Internationalization Strategy, Market entry Evaluation, New market Promotion strategy.
The two day training is followed by half-day in house consulting to help the companies participating to form an optimal internationalization strategy by 1) Identifying financial, structural, human resource, branding and other considerations for their business when entering new markets or expanding in existing markets and, by 2) Planning on acquiring the resources required to implement such a strategy.
The seminar is addressed to managers who are responsible for the development, strategy and promotion of the business; such as marketing and sales managers and other managers and professionals.
