Greece's Piraeus Bank (PBK.AT) said Friday that the price for the private placing of 11.2 million of its own shares (PBK.AT) was EUR8.00 a share.
The offering, which represents a 6.7% stake in the bank, was covered 1.7 times, with foreign institutional investors taking 77% of the offered shares. The rest went to local institutional investors.
The pricing involves a 1.9% from the average stock closing price over the last 10 days, the bank said.
The shares will be transferred Monday.
The stock closed the session at EUR8.48, up 0.2%.
