A group of Greek banks said Wednesday that it will sell 18.78 million shares in Hellenic Exchanges at EUR3.75 a share to public investors in an offering that opens Wednesday and runs through Friday.
National Bank of Greece (I.NBG), Alpha Bank (I.ABK), EFG Eurobank Ergasias (I.EFG), Commercial Bank (I.CBG), Agricultural Bank (I.ABG), Piraeus Bank (I.PRS), and Post Savings Banks in July acquired the Greek state's remaining 33.4% stake, or 23.75 million shares, in the Athens bourse operator, for EUR3.75 a share.
The deal involved the part of the stake would be sold to minority shareholders directly from the banks.
