With Greece being a hotspot tourist destination in 2023 and people traveling with the waning of the COVID-19 pandemic, the country’s hotels experienced a 23% increase in turnover, raking in €10.5 billion ($11.34 billion).
It looks like 2024 will be just as promising, with bookings coming in at an average price increase of 79%, and 80.5% of hotel customers in the summer coming from abroad.
