Greece’s rebounding economy isn’t helping many in need and is a “beautified picture” that’s unreal, Greece’s KKE Communist leader Dimitris Koutsoubas said, adding that he foresees a recession coming.
The economy grew 5.9 percent in 2022 when COVID-19 health measures were lifted to attract tourists, and is continuing to grow but low wages, high taxes, and inflation are making it difficult for many households to cope.
