Greece’s success in drawing major high-tech and Information Technology companies is leading to plans for more data centers for businesses who want backups for their information in electronic clouds.
That data center market in Greece is growing about 10 percent a year and now is valued at 695 million euros ($767 million) and could nearly double to 1.2 billion euros ($1.34 billion) by 2029, according to Chicago’s Arizton Research.
