Enhancing integrated customer experience a top priority for MTN

Following the commitment for continuous network upgrade and the new business plan that emphasizes integrated customer experience, MTN Cyprus unifies Retail and Customer Care teams and creates the MTN Stores and Customer Experience Department.

The move is a response to the growing demands of customers for total quality service, regardless of how they contact the company.

The new position of Head of MTN Stores and Customer Experience is undertaken by Ms. Elpida Louca-Michaelides. She will lead a team of about 200 passionate employees that staff the 21 MTN stores, the biggest owned telecoms retail chain in Cyprus, as well as the Customer Care Department.

Ms. Elpida Louca-Michaelides held until recently the position of General Manager at Multichoice (Cyprus) Public Co Ltd. During her 16 year tenure at the company she served as Customer Service and Sales Manager, as Operations Manager, and as Commercial Manager.

At her early career, she worked in New York in Marketing and Development for The Actors’ Fund of America. Elpida studied in New York, where she obtained a Bachelor Degree (BBA) and a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA).

Her multifaceted experiences will assist MTN to offer more: to elevate MTN’s customer experience and satisfaction and to enrich consumers’ lives through MTN innovative products and services.
