Two trainee accountants of PwC have achieved distinctions for their outstanding performance in the recent examinations of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
In particular, Rania Kyriacou and Alena Kunilava achieved first place in Cyprus in papers F6 (Taxation) and F8 (Audit and Assurance), respectively.
Rania Kyriacou joined PwC in September 2008 and she is working in the Global Compliance Services in Nicosia. Rania holds a BSc in Economics and a Masters in Business Administration. Alena Kunilava joined PwC in September 2009 and she is working in the Assurance Services in Nicosia. She holds a BA in Business Administration.
The Chief Executive Officer of PwC, Mr Phidias Pilides and the Human Capital Leader, Mr Evgenios Evgeniou congratulated the trainees for their success during a short ceremony and awarded them with a recognition plaque.
During this short ceremony Mr Phidias Pilides praised the performance of the two trainees in the recent ACCA exams and noted that “PwC through the provision of quality services and its global knowledge and local expertise, offers its clients and its people the value they are looking for.
