The president of CYTA Board of Directors, Mr. Stathis Papadakis, announced on Tuesday considerable reductions in mobile and international telephony charges that will exceed 30%.
Mr. Papadakis made clear that several departments of the Authority work hard and “if there is enough time” they will probably present their proposals to the Board of Directors this evening.
The President of CYTA stated that if the aforementioned reductions will be approved, the Board of Directors will possibly call the Press tomorrow to make the proper announcements.
Mr. Papadakis’ announcements followed the conference held between the Minister of Finance Takis Klerides and the Minister of Transport Averof Neofytou (CYTA Board of Directors also attended) for the renewal of the union contract in the Authority.
