The CSE signed on Thursday a Memorandum of Understanding with the Bucharest Stock Exchange. According to a CSE announcement, “the signing of the MOU gives the opportunity to both stock exchanges to extend their cooperation in a wide range of issues of mutual interest. The issues include the simultaneous listing of securities in the two stock exchanges and the activities of the members, trustees and other factors in the two stock exchanges”.
According to the CSE, “during its planning, the CSE took into account the close economic and commercial bonds between the two countries”. “The initiative is part of the CSE strategy for a peripheral development and cooperation with neighbouring stock exchanges”, the announcement added.
