It is worth noting that Malaysia ranks 26th (2005: 24th), Estonia 20th (2005: 23rd) and Chile 31st (2005: 29th).
Denmark ranks first, followed by Sweden, Singapore, Finland, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the US, Iceland, United Kingdom and Norway.
Greece fell from 43 in 2005 to 48 in 2006.
