The CSE Council is expected to take its final decision on the public offer of NETI L.C.C for the acquisition of Avacom Computer Services at the price of 46 cents per share (total £25.9 mln) on Monday.
On Friday, NETI officials submitted the complementary documents requested by the CSE, including further information on the members of the Board of Directors, the agreement with the major shareholders of ACS, a bank certification to support the Company’s reliability and NETI’s intentions for ACS.
According to sources, these clarifications are exceptionally important for the future of the public offer, which will be examined “on the basis of the letter of the law”.
