The CSE Council decided on Friday to send a three-page letter to NETI L.C.C asking for further clarifications with regard to NETI’s proposal for the acquisition of 55% of Avacom Computer Services at the price of 46 cents per share. The additional clarifications concern the Company’s reliability and the transfer of the £25.9 million to Cyprus.
According to sources, NETI officials have five working days on their disposal to submit the complementary information. Same source revealed that the process of examination of the public offer was based on the ‘letter of the law’.
It is noted that if NETI fails to submit the additional information within the deadline or the information is not satisfactory, the application will be rejected.
