CIIM: Successful Digital Marketing practices to Increase sales and grow your business
31/10/2013 13:28
Today it’s clear that digital marketing is influencing both online and offline purchasing behavior more than ever. In fact, several studies show that, depending on the product or service need, 50% to 90% of consumers who buy in-store have conducted online research prior to purchase.
To capitalize on consumers' new inclination to research online before purchasing offline, marketers and sale people need to create effective awareness and direct response campaigns, and also start influencing the purchase decision-making process though online channels available to them.
CIIM is organizing a half day workshop on November 7th in Limassol at the CIIM building from 9:00 – 14:00 that will provide participants with some actual examples and practical tools that can be used to help increase a company’s sales. The two speakers, both well-established digital entrepreneurs, will focus on presenting and discussing with participants the real issues relating to digital marketing and guide them through some of the mess created around this very important marketing ecosystem.
Anthony Quigley will discuss the challenges faced by all businesses these day, in terms of competition, the disparate consumer, the opportunities that the internet offers, etc. He will then showcase to the audience the various channels that can be used for digital marketing using specific case studies and practical examples. An emphasis will be placed to small and medium businesses and how the internet can help promote niche services and products with lower budgets
Karl Murray will talk about how a great email marketing strategy can extend your sales process - long after the pitch is over. Email is overused some times and to an extend it became a process for many companies. He will discuss how companies should use email to its full potential. He will focus on how converting the non-customers (people who say no to us in business) to subscribers allows us to drip market our business over time - to maintain mindshare and brand awareness while convincing prospects why they should consider us down the road.
For further information please contact Sophie Kyriacou or Marios Siathas at CIIM at 22462246.
