The Commission for the Protection of Competition found a violation of the law on the protection of competition in the sector of sale and distributions of wines by four industries in Cyprus, KEO, ETKO, SODAP and LOEL. Following an ex officio investigation, the CPC confirmed that the four companies had proceeded to a cartel in the sale and distribution of products, affecting competition.
