CAIR: Sale of two aircrafts against $30.5m

Cyprus Airways announced on Monday the sale of two private aircrafts of Gecas Asset Management Services INC against $30 million.
According to the announcement, on Thursday, March 8, 2012 the Board of Directors approved a Letter of Intent between the Company and Gecas for the sale to GECAS of two self-owned A319 aircrafts against the sum of $30,500,000.
“The Company’s obligations, based on the above Letter of Intent, are subject to a final sale or purchase agreement with GECAS and approval of the agreement by the Board of Directors of the Company”, the announcement concluded.
