KEO appointed on Friday Mr. Constantinos Ioannou (former General Manager) as Managing Director of the Company. Speaking to StockWatch, Mrs. Ioannou expressed his satisfaction for his appointment and stressed that he will do his best to bring the company into a stable profitable course. “A good cooperation has always good results. With the help of all other officials the company will lay strong foundations of profitability”, he said.

Invited to comment on the recent staff dismissals, Mr. Ioannou said that this was a good effort on behalf of all parties involved. “110 staff members withdrew due to redundancy. They realized that this was to the company’s advantage and they created no problems. The dismissals did not concern the productivity of each employee, but the redundant job posts”, he emphasized.
