Conference by Baker Tilly Klitou in Bucharest, Romania
Baker Tilly Klitou and Partners organised the Tax Conference “Tax Challenges for Multinational Companies” on 25 November 2011 at the Marriott Hotel in Bucharest. The event was under the auspices of the Romania – Cyprus Bilateral Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Welcoming the participants, Mr Mamas Koutsoyiannis, Director of Baker Tilly Klitou in Romania, noted the importance in understanding the tax challenges faced by multinational companies in today’s difficult economic climate. “Our aim” as Mr Koutsoyiannis mentioned “is to provide you with various options and means to achieve the most suitable and beneficial tax structure, according to your needs”.
Baker Tilly Klitou of Cyprus, continuing their attempts to assist in promoting Cyprus as a reputable, international business and financial centre, focused on introducing an overview of the Cyprus tax system, the latest tax developments and demonstrated possible options for holding and finance companies.
The Guest Speaker of the Conference was Mr. Dorin Tiganas, spokesman of the National Agency for Tax Administration (ANAF).
