In an announcement released on Friday, 3E (Cyprus) Limited announced that the total shares for which the acceptances of the Public Offer were valid, stand at 95.443% of the total issued capital of Lanitis Bros Public Ltd. As for the cheques for the consideration of £0.172 per share, they have already been posted to the shareholders of Lanitis Bros Public Ltd.

Board changes

The latest development affected the Board structure of LB, since four top Board member submitted their resignation with effect from April 6. They are Mr. Vladimiros Lanitis, who held 53%, Mrs. Ivi Laniti, Mr. Michalis Erotokritos and Mr. Andreas Gregoriou.

The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Doros Constantinou as new non-executive Chairman and Mr. Ian Gustavsson as non-executive Board member with effect from April 6, 2006.

Mr. Constantinou has a university degree in Business Administration and has been working in Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company SA (“CC 3E”) since 1985. In August 2003, he was appointed as Managing Director of CC 3E.

Mr. Gustavsson is a lawyer and he holds the post of Legal Advisor in CC 3E since August 2001. He is also the Secretary of the Board of Directors of CC 3E.
