Electricity Authority of Cyprus informs its customers that as from the 10th of December 2013, the contact number of the Customers’ Contact Centre for the following services is
the 4-digit telephone number 1800:
1. Fault reporting
2. Tree Pruning, Street Lighting and other Network Complaints
3. Accounts (account balance and other details, methods of payment, the procedure to be followed for connections/disconnections and transfers, information about domestic tariffs, etc)
4. New Supply (information about the accompanying documentation required for an application for electricity supply and information regarding the stage the application has reached etc).
Contact numbers 1801 and 1802 will be canceled.
