Finance Minister Makis Keravnos expressed satisfaction over the approval of the state budget by the Plenary of the House Wednesday and described the process as a significant political act.
Speaking to the press right after the MPs casted their vote, Keravnos said that the economy and society will continue on a growth path.
The Minister expressed his gratitude “for the responsible attitude of those political parties that voted for the budget”.
He said that the state budget is a balanced, development-oriented one and meets the expectations of the society.
"With the budget as a tool, we continue on a growth course as we have so far for the benefit of society as a whole," he said.
