Four new members are to be recommended in Hellenic Bank's annual general meeting for appointment to the bank's board of directors.
According to the bank's invitation for the AGM, Constantinos Adamides, Antreas Xristofides, Mixalis Xadjipantelas and Lambros Papadopoulos will be recommended for election as new members of the board. Their appointment is subject to the central bank's approval.
David Walen Bonano, Andreas Xaritou, Bert Bijis and Marinos Giannopoulos will be recommended for reappointment in the BoD.
As it has been announced, Nikos Mixailas or Eiirinarxos Varnava may exercise 19,9 mn voting rights that correspond to 10,59% of the bank's voting rights, under the proxy granted by Demetra Investment.
The bank has also announced that Marianna Pantelidou Neofytou and Xristodoulos Xadjistavris may exercise 49,2 mn voting rights that correspond to 26,21% of the bank's voting rights, under the proxy granted by Wargaming.
