House Price Index down 5.3% in 4Q of 2021

An annual drop of 5.3% was recorded in the Cyprus House Price Index (HPI) in Cyprus during the 4th quarter of last year.

According to preliminary estimate of the Cyprus Statistical Service, the HPI for the fourth quarter of 2021 amounts to 103.28 units.

Compared to the third quarter of 2021, the HPI decreased by 3.1% while compared to the Index of the corresponding quarter of 2020, the Index fell by 5.3%.
