The European Central Bank has approved the appointment of Lambros Papadopoulos and Andreas Christofides to the Board of Directors of the Bank.
According to the announcement, Messrs Andreas Christofides and Lambros Papadopoulos have been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Members of the Board of Directors of the Bank with effect from 3 July 2015.
