As part of a continuous improvement in its customer services, Hermes Airports Ltd will adopt a new and modern information service aimed at satisfying customer queries regarding all flights to and from Larnaka and Pafos International Airports, commencing Monday 19 May 2008.
By calling 77778833 (in Cyprus) customers will be able to obtain information regarding all flight arrivals and departures for that day. By dialling just the last three digits of the flight number of interest, customers will also be able to obtain flight arrival or departure times.
Live operator assistance will be possible by following the instructions given over the phone. The automatic service will be operational on a 24-hour basis, whilst live operator assistance will be available between 08:00 - 23:00 hours.
This service is provided in both Greek and English, with charges based on normal call rates. Customers requiring further information can also visit Hermes Airports website at www.cyprusairports.com.cy
