CTO: Final results 2011 – AGM on 22/6

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, CTO Public Company Ltd announces that:
At the meeting held on April 27, 2011 at 10.00 am at the Company’s registered office, the Board of Directors examined and approved the final results for 2011.
a. Final results
The net loss for 2011 stands at €2,997,808 after the deduction of tax.
The results are attached. Copies will be available at the Secretary’s office, Ayion Omologiton Avenue, Ayioi Omologites, 1080 Nicosia and the CSE website (www.cse.com.cy).
b. Annual General Meeting
The Board of Directors decided that the Annual General Meeting will take place on June 22, 2012 at 10.00 am at the Company’s Head Office, Larnaca Free Zone.
