Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, CTO Public Company Ltd announces that:
At the meeting held on August 30, 2011 at 10.00 am at the Company’s registered office, the Board of Directors examined and approved the unaudited consolidated financial statements for the period from January 1 to June 30, 2011 and the Interim Management Statement.
The results are attached. The results will not be posted to the shareholders but will be published in the press.
Copies will be available free of charge at the Secretary’s office, 2 Kleomenous, 1st floor, 1061 Nicosia (tel. 22452600).
