LTV, Multichoice and NetMed will appear before the Competition Protection Committee on June 21 to give further clarifications on their compliance with the recent CPC decision in relation to the ex-officio investigation for the agreements among them.
According to a CPC announcement, the Committee believes that the agreements are prohibited.
“Pursuant to the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Competition, the three parties must comply with the Committee’s decisions. Otherwise, the Committee will impose fines or will take other measures”, the announcement concluded.
