Results

Invited to comment on BOC’s financial results for the first quarter of the year and whether they will raise the initial target for annual profits of £120 million, Mr. Rologis said that no conclusions can be drawn. “I am not allowed to give further information due to SEC’s regulations. You may refer to the UBS and Deutsche Bank reports”, he said.

Common platform

As for the launch of the common CSE-ASE trading platform, Mr. Rologis said that this will not affect the bank since its share is trading in both stock exchanges for a long time now. “We believe that the project will give an opportunity to many companies to develop”, he added.

Foreign institutional investors

Mr. Rologis said that the foreign institutional investors in the banks’ register of shareholders stands at 17%-18%. “The foreigners’ interest for the share is huge”, Mr. Rologis concluded.
