Modestou: Final results 2011 – AGM on 5/6

At the meeting held on April 30, 2012, the Board of Directors of Modestou Sound & Vision Public Company Ltd decided the following:
1. Approved the final results for the year ended December 31, 2011. The results are attached.
Copies will be available at the Company’s office, 2 Salaminos, 1st floor, Nicosia.
2. Decided not to propose the payment of a dividend for the year ended December 31, 2011 to the shareholders.
3. The Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at 11.00 am at the Company’s registered office, 2 Salaminos, 1st floor, Nicosia.
