Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, Orphanides Public Company Limited announces that:
Mr. Giorgos Petsas, chartered accounted (CPA) will be appointed as Head of Accounts Department with effect from May 14, 2012. With his wide experience, Mr. Petsas is expected to strengthen the administrative team of the Group and the Company’s relations with its suppliers.
