The Annual General Meeting held on June 5, 2012 at 11.00 am at the Company’s office approved the financial statements and decided the following:
1. Approved the annual financial statements for 2011.
2. Mr. Marios Avraam and Mrs. Maria Modestou Theodosiou withdrew from the Board of Directors.
3. Set the remuneration of the Board members for 2012.
4. Reappointed HOLROYD PARTNERS LTD as auditors and the authorized the Board of Directors to set their remuneration.
