Orphanides: ORFB bonds ex-interest on 13/6

Orphanides Public Company Limited announces that the interest of the ORFB Bonds that bear a stable interest rate of 6.25% is paid, pursuant to their issue terms, every six months on June 30 and December 31 every year. The interest that will be paid on June 30, 2012, concerns the period from December 31, 2011 to June 29, 2012 (second payment period), both dates included.

The record date will be on June 15, 2012. The Bonds will trade in the CSE ex-interest from June 13, 2012, while until June 12, 2012 they will trade cum-interest.
