Orphanides: N. Lefkaritis resigned

Orphanides Public Company Limited announces that Mr. Ntinos Lefkaritis, due to increased professional commitments, decided to hand in his resignation from his position as Board member (Non-Executive, Independent Board member) with effect from June 29, 2012.

The Company accepted Mr. Lefkaritis’ resignation and would like to thank him for his valuable contribution since 2007.
