Orphanides: Appointment of H. Asprou as Finance Director and Compliance Officer

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, Orphanides Public Company Limited announces that Mr. Haris Asprou will become the Finance Director and Compliance Officer of the Group, pursuant to the provisions of the Corporate Governance Code, with effect from September 3, 2012.
