Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, Orphanides Public Company Limited announces the following:
The Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at 16.00 at the Company’s Head Office to examine the nine-month results (Interim Management Statement) for the period ended September 30, 2012 and the composition of the Board of Directors / Board Committees pursuant to the Corporate Governance Code.
