Orphanides: Clarifications on report

Orphanides Public Company Limited, further to electronic press reports dated November 16, 2012, would like to clarify the following:
The references of Executive Chairman, Mr. Christos Orphanides, to questions raised by an electronic newspaper were clarifications to the actions that the Group is taking further to the briefing in each Annual General Meeting and further to previous press conferences for the development and operation of the Group.
In the context of its ordinary activities and constantly revising its way of operation in line with the market conditions and the consumers, the Company is taking actions that might contribute to the better operation of the super markets and the service of the customers, such as the closing of the small super markets (Vergina, Kato Paphos, Polis Chrysohous) and the exploitation of properties that are either inactive or the way of their exploitation might change.
