Orphanides: Board changes

Orphanides Public Company Limited announces that Mr. Giorgos Hadjimichael (Non-Executive, Non-Independent Board member) and Mr. Marios Antoniades (Non-Executive, Independent Board member) have submitted their resignation from their position as Board members with effect from November 30, 2012. The Company would like to thank them for their valuable contribution since 2001 and 2005 respectively.

Mr. Giorgos Zourides (Independent, Non-Executive Board member) has been appointed as new Board member. Mr. Zourides is a graduate of the University of Cyprus – Marketing and Business Administration and owner of G. Zourides Travel tourist office in Larnaca.
