Orphanides: Board changes

Orphanides Public Company Limited announces that Mr. Christos Fylaktou (Non-Executive Independent Board member) submitted his resignation from his position as Board member with effect from December 7, 2012. The Company would like to thank Mr. Fylaktou for his valuable contribution since 2005.
Mr. Giorgos Zourides (Non-Executive, Independent Board member) also submitted his resignation with effect from December 10, 2012.
Messrs. Andreas Charalambous, Panos Christofides and Zenon Apostolou (Independent, Non-Executive Board members) have been appointed as new Board members with effect from December 10, 2012.
Mr. Charalambous is a businessman and founder of Angeo & Co Ltd, actively involved in the import and sale of professional equipment for bakery. Mr. Christofides is a business consultant with great experience in public companies, while he has served as General Manager of the Group in the past. Mr. Zenon Apostolou holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and is the Managing Director of E.M Apostolou Formula Ltd, consultants on firebreak issues.
