Orphanides: Procedures of issue terms of ORFB bonds and trust deed under examination
Further to the announcement of Orphanides Public Company Limited dated December 14, 2012, in our capacity as Commissioners pursuant to the Trust Deed dated May 3, 2011, we wish to inform the bondholders of ORFA B issue that the procedures and necessary actions that may be taken by the Commissioners under the Terms of Issue of the Bonds and the Trust Deed are under examination.
The Commissioners shall keep bondholders informed on all procedures that must be activated either through announcements to the Cyprus Stock Exchange and / or by sending newsletters.
